Finally! I struggled with getting GNU Cash working until I found this post. Thank you for the information. I knew the problem lied in the APPID and APPVER, but did not know what values were valid. I found some posts that suggested different APPVER values, but they would not work for me. My bank (BB&T) is apparently pretty strict in this check.

I'm not surprised, though. I had to fudge my browser identity for several years because they would only accept IE. Why do they care what program I am using anyway?

There is no more "OFX" in the host name.

Well after some more digging it's been moved again to https://onlinebanking.tdbank.com as of this morning.

If you use KMyMoney, you'll have to enter the FID and the URL manually. I doubt MSMoney will ever get updated with the new URL info. Quicken maybe. Mint.com definitely.

But I did get the OFX plugin to download once more.

Thanks a bunch!!! I was having a terrible time trying to get KMyMoney to connect to USAA. The tidbit at the end REALLY helped. Although, I got it working with the header of 102 and Money 2007 (not KMyMoney)

You should be able to look at the actual server response and see why. It is probably html instead of OFX.
